As a Branch Manger of 1st Metropolitan, I have been able to see first hand the dedication and desire to help provide top notch service for any client entering our organization. This dedication was the single most important factor which drew me to 1st Metropolitan. My background in the business community has always been in tied to the Financial
Management arenas. I worked with WorldCom for a number of years and eventually migrated to Ford Credit. In each of these organizations I have had the unique opportunity to work with a variety of people. These relationships have been instrumental in my progression as a leader and communicator. I know that these traits will prove to be valuable in an organization that prides itself in keeping our clients, realtors, and outside suppliers informed with the latest information available.
I have been actively continuing my educational goals in the areas of Finance. I currently hold a B.A. from Western State College located within the Gunnison Valley . My background in my undergraduate degree emphasized Corporate Finance and Management. I have also recently graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with my MBA holding an emphases on Finance. Specializing in the Finance fields has allowed me to gain a strong prospective on the bond markets and the activities that create movement within these markets.
In my personal life, I am married to a beautiful woman by the name of Jaimee. We have been married since 1998 and have enjoyed getting to know each other more with each year that passes. After a 4 month whirlwind romance we were married in August 1998. Currently Jaimee works as a processor within our organization. She has brought a strong knowledge base and understands the loan process extensively. I have been very lucky to have her in my life. After 6 years of trying to have children, Jaimee and I were blessed with a beautiful 7 pound 9 ounce baby Girl. Matteah meaning “Gift of God” was a true miracle for our family. For years we struggled to have children, and after seeing a fertility doctor, we were given less the 1% chance of having children naturally. As we began to save our money to pay for a very costly invetro process we became pregnant and were just pleased to be able to create such a high spirited, curious, and wonderful baby girl. Jaimee and I are blessed to have each other and I know that we will continue to grow in our relationship.
Working as a branch manager with 1st Metropolitan has been especially good for me. Jerry and I both sets high standards of honesty and goodwill towards all our clients, by providing the best programs and pricing available in the industry. I have seen first-hand, clients who lost hope in pursuing their dreams of homeownership and have been able to relive that dream with us by qualify for financing at 1st Metropolitan. Nothing is more satisfying in the business than seeing the happiness and joy that comes with owning your own home. My primary role comes in organizing and ensuring that we meet the standard set by our clients and realtors. These standards can involve various types of financing, credit support, and deadline obligations. IK know that the clients and realtors are the core of the business, and the standards set today will generate trust and commitment for the future. Nothing is more satisfying in the Colorado mortgage business than seeing the joy that comes from clients who can own their own home. The better I gets to know clients, the more I am able to streamline the best loan for their needs. Jerry and I both stay of top of the changing market, and will listen and actively respond to make it the most positive experience you will ever have.
Finally, We pride ourselves on getting the job done. Another thing that has become obvious to me in building relationships within 1st Metropolitan has been the vast amount of knowledge my staff and fellow loan officers have. I want to quickly express my appreciation for the support they provide and for their commitment in emphasizing the synergetic atmosphere within our organization. Each of us have committed to each other to share in best practices and to bring the team up to date with any new programs that will benefit our customers. This sense of team work has built up the reputation of our organization. Our clients and realtors are our life line and the standards we set today will generate the trust and commitment we are looking for in you.
